Information is collected by Costa Chamela Corp S DE RL DE CV, a Mexican Corporation, (hereinafter “CCC”), that includes “personal data”, identifying you as an individual to help with reservation, development, and accommodation services. CCC is responsible for your personal information, which you give them permission to use according to this privacy notice.
HOW PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED
Personal data can be collected in different ways. Sometimes, it is collected based on your interactions with our website, including but not limited to using the contact us section of the www.lasrosadas.com website; sending unsolicited emails; communicating by internet, mail or telephone; checking into the property when staying as a guest; using social media to send a direct message that also includes your contact details; entering into a contract; or gathering information through a legally acceptable means other than those indicated above.
TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED
The type of personal data collected may be some or all of the following: Information by filling out website forms; Contact information, including your first and last name, your email address and your phone number; Billing information if a transaction occurs, including staying with us; Certain information about your special requests or any other preferences about food, beverage, activities, and information about products you would like to use; Your travel documents; Information about those traveling with you; Demographic information about where you currently reside; Health information, including pre-existing conditions if you choose to share it voluntarily.
We will not collect information about your race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, sex life, union affiliations, criminal convictions, or genetic data.

Please be advised that cancelling personal data, challenging the handling of personal data, or revoking the handling of personal data due to legal obligations imposed on CCC. You shall also take into consideration that revocation of personal data may imply suspension of service or termination of any relationship with CCC. In order to revoke, terminate, access, end, rectify, or challenge the use of personal data, a request must be made with the following: Name or holder of personal data; Email to receive notifications; Documents evidencing your identity, or when applicable, the necessary documents evidencing you are the legal representative of the holder of the personal data; Precise and truthful description(s) of the personal data in question; and Any documents to aid in the process of locating the personal data.
CCC shall make all efforts to respond to your request within 20 business days as of the date of the corresponding request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are from the European Union, your rights under the European Union Data Protection regulation are (a) right of access; (b) right to rectification; (c) right to erasure; (d) right to restriction of processing; (e) right to data portability; and (f) right to object. You may exercise these rights by contacting email@example.com.. You may also file a complaint with the applicable supervisory authority if you believe we are not complying with the acceptable data protection laws.
