PALOMA BLANCA TERMS & CONDITIONS

INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY:

Guests will enjoy access to our three beaches and the trails open at the time of the rental, as well as the use of the mountain bikes, SUPs, kayaks, masks & snorkels, fins, soft-top surfboards, boogie boards, and beach games. 24-hour security, WIFI at the house and at Bar Mono and La Terraza, concierge services, a chef that serves a local farm and sea to table cuisine, a butler and bartender, daily maid service, nightly bonfires on the beach, hammocks hung in the shade of the palm trees, towel service on the beach, and use of the Polaris on the property are also included. We have satellite TV in the great room, and Sonos throughout Paloma Blanca, as well as speakers on the beach that allow you to connect through Bluetooth so that you can listen to your music.

DEVELOPMENT & LOCATION: 

Las Rosadas is a developing luxury Ocean Club Community set along the shores of Bahía de Chamela, Mexico.  We advise guests that there is development activity occurring on the property, including construction. Please send all inquiries about these potential activities to info@lasrosadas.com should you have further questions.

MEAL PLANS:

Food & Beverage:  Guests will pay $200/day; children under 12 $100/day; and children under 5 are not charged for three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and twice daily snacks, if requested.  Also included are non-alcoholic beverages and house beer (Estrella or similar domestic light beer). Alcoholic beverages are not included.

Guests will be served a breakfast that includes fresh local fruit, coconut water harvested from local palm trees, juice, coffee, tea, as well as farm fresh eggs, freshly pressed tortillas, homemade granola, and marmalade. Breakfast is served either in the Great Room or under the Pergola next to the pool at Paloma Blanca. María Campos will discuss where our guests would like to dine for lunch and dinner. Menus are collectively composed by Chef Laurent and Las Rosadas and are based on our local farm and sea to table cuisine.  Food that is not a part of our local cuisine will be charged extra.

RATES: 

All pricing, including, but not limited to nightly rates, are in US dollars and are subject to 16% IVA and a 3% hotel tax, both mandatory by the Mexican Government. A resort fee of 10% covers use and access to the Ocean Club facilities that are in operation at the time of the rental. A 5% service charge is collected for the staff. A 20% gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks.

Standard occupancy is based on double occupancy per bedroom. For additional beds in either the villas or casitas, there is a charge of $100 per night for a twin bed. Infant cribs are available for $50 per night. 12-person maximum capacity for the 6-bedroom rental and 6-person maximum capacity for 3-bedroom rental. Please inquire about maximum occupancy for each villa and suite at the time of reservation. ARRIVAL AND TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: 

The following services are available to take you to and from either the Puerto Vallarta or Manzanillo Airports: rental car, private SUV, private plane, and private helicopter services. Cost of transfer and terms of payment will be conveyed upon the confirmation of arrival details. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: 

Las Rosadas can help organize a variety of additional services including but not limited to massages, nannies, boat and equipment rentals and other customized activities. Pricing and availability, as well as terms of payment will be provided upon request for all additional services.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: 

A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental price is due at the time of booking, along with 50% of all other taxes and fees. The balance of the rental rate, 100% of the meal plan for all guests known at that time, and the balance of all other taxes and fees are due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date and 90 days prior to the arrival date for Holiday bookings.  For reservations made less than 60 days for prior to arrival date, 100% of the rental funds, taxes and fees are due at the time of booking.   For Holiday reservations made less than 90 days during the arrival date, 100% of the rental funds, taxes and fees are due at the time of booking. Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

For cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival 100% of funds will be returned. For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation will be forfeited. For Holiday cancellations made 91 days or more prior to arrival for Holiday bookings 100% will be returned.  For cancellations of Holiday bookings made 90 days or less, 100% of the total reservation will be forfeited.

WEATHER

Refunds are not provided in whole or in part due to inclement weather.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is recommended to cover any possible losses due to unforeseen circumstances and trip cancellation.

JURISDICTION

The rental property is located in and subject to the laws of Mexico. All guests submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico to resolve disputes of any kind.
