Las Rosadas is located within a unique habitat and environmentally conscious part of Mexico. Over the past few decades, the UNESCO-recognized-30,000-acre Chamela-Cuixmala Biosphere Reserve; the nationally protected islands at Bahía de Chamela, and the Arroyo Seco Marine Park were created. When planning Las Rosadas, we committed to develop a community that coexists in balance with nature. To achieve this, a majority of our land and coastline are set aside for a preserve and green spaces. We also manage a sea turtle sanctuary, indigenous plant and tree reforesting program, and keep wildlife corridors open for migratory species. The spirit of the land inspires thoughtful development.
