Upon arriving at Las Rosadas for his first time, Chef Laurent and his wife were spellbound by the calm bay waters, open space, and generous hospitality. A newfound creative spirit sparked within him. After spending time in such a magical place were friends and family come to build their legacies, Chef Laurent formed a partnership with Las Rosadas that has elevated the Ocean Club experience.
Within Las Rosadas are intimate venues that inspired Chef Laurent to create experiential dinners called Las Tres Noches, where guests dine on the beaches, in the jungle forest, and Tequila Caves. Chef Laurent and the Las Rosadas team use each natural environment as inspiration for an evening of regional food, beverage and culture that is woven from the fabric of life along the shores of the Costalegre.
